Flex-Tech provides Basic Life and AD&D Insurance to all eligible associates at no cost to you. This benefit includes a maximum amount to your designated beneficiary in the event of death while covered under the plan. The Life insurance benefit will be paid to your designated beneficiary in the event of death while covered under the plan. The AD&D benefit will be paid in the event of a loss of life or limb by accident while covered under the plan. Please see the Guardian kits for more information regarding your Life Benefits.

Flex-Tech offers employees the opportunity to purchase voluntary life insurance through Guardian that is paid by a premium taken in the form of a payroll deduction. This plan allows employees to purchase additional amounts of coverage on their own.
